All Mobile Banking users: For your security, you must have already have set up Online Banking and Bill Payer on your computer (no initial registration via mobile phone). All Mobile Banking sessions time out after no activity for five minutes, and a security lockout on your phone also locks out your computer. You can manage your accounts 24 hours a day with our voice-activated or key-in phone system simply by dialing 1-800-628-7910. Telephone Banking offers many of the features available with Online Banking. You are able to set your PIN to the same as your Online password, or you can choose that it be something entirely separate.
First-time users of Telephone Banking need to enter your account number and use the last four digits of your Social Security number as your PIN. Then, follow the instructions to select your own PIN (the secret password known only to you).
