This web site was developed on the recommendation of School Payroll Officers from across the state.  The purpose of this site is to provide Payroll Officers with an informational source to help school employees participate in the benefits provided by School Employees Credit Union of Washington.


School Payroll Officers log in here for access to a password-protected site to register for seminars and get contact information for School Employees Credit Union employees. If you're new to the site and don't have a password, please call 1-888-628-4010 weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Q:  What is the correct routing and transit number for the credit union?
A:  325082266

Q:  How can I tell if I'm sending payroll to a valid account number?
A: Payroll sent electronically to a checking account should contain 14 digits, including zeros. The account number for a savings transaction can vary from six to eight digits. If payroll is sent manually (a check and list of employees to be paid is sent to the credit union), it is posted using the member's SSN. No account number is necessary.

Q:  What happens to payroll when it is sent to the credit union after a member has closed his or her account?
A: A credit union corporate check, payable to the member, is sent back to the school.

Q:  Whom should I call with questions about payroll or ACH?
A:  For questions about Payroll Deduction or ACH, please contact one of the Financial Management Representatives listed within our secured site. Log in here.

Q:  What are the credit union's business hours?
A:  7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
 
Q:  What is the credit union's 2009 holiday schedule?
A:  The credit union is closed on the following holidays:
