First time users: Please enter your Account Number as it appears on your statement, and use the last four digits of your Social Security Number in the PASSWORD field. After you've logged in, you'll be prompted to select a secret PASSWORD of your choice.
Online Banking features:
e-Statements. Access your e-Statements directly from Online Banking (with no second login needed) while enjoying the same top-notch security protection. As an e-Statements user, you'll also automatically receive important notices ("e-Notices") about your account online instead of via U.S. Mail.
Reset passwords. Don’t let a forgotten password lock you out of your account. Click the “Forgotten Password” link in the Online Banking Login Box to reset it yourself. You’ll be asked to enter your account number and answer your security question. From there, you can reset your password. (If you’re unable to answer your security question, contact us during business hours, and we’ll be glad to help you.)
Test your browser. While Online Banking works with a wide range browsers', there are some settings and add-ons required for optimal performance. If you’re having difficulty with Online Banking, click the trouble-shooting “Test your browser” link in the Online Banking Login Box. You’ll receive information about your specific browsers and tips to help improve your online banking experience.
E-mail notifications. In addition to receiving automated e-mails when your balance climbs above or falls below a certain level, you can receive “heads-up” notifications to tell you:
To set up automated e-mail notifications, log in to Online Banking and click “Account Access” and “Notifications.”
With Internet access, you can easily and securely manage your credit union accounts 24 hours a day from any computer. Online Banking allows you to:
Text message notifications. Give us your cell phone’s messaging address when you complete the Notifications sign-up form within Online Banking. If you don’t know your phone’s messaging address (your phone number @ your carrier’s unique suffix), you can find out from your cell phone carrier. Also, be sure to ask your carrier if you’ll incur any additional charges for text notifications sent to your cell phone.

Pay all your bills in minutes from a safe, secure, easy-to-use Web site that you access through Online Banking. Security experts recommend electronic services like Online Bill Payer to reduce your "paper trail," cutting your risk of identity theft. Use it to make one-time or recurring payments and to verify payments that you've made.
You're always in control with Online Bill Payer. By selecting a payee from your personal Bill Payer screen, you can enter an amount to pay and the due date of your bill (you also can set up payments to be made automatically on the date you choose). The funds are deducted from your checking account. (Online Bill Payer cannot be used with a savings account.) Allow up to five days for payments to reach payees (the same as you would if you were writing a paper check).

You may be able to defer your usual monthly loan payment without affecting your credit rating.
Our unique Skip-a-Payment program allows you to skip two payments in any 12-month period (as long as the skips are at least 90 days apart). The missed payment is simply added to the end of your loan term, for example, making a 60-month loan a 61-month loan.
Each skip requires a $20 processing fee, which can be deducted from any of your credit union accounts. Skip-a-Payment is available only on select loans for members whose accounts are in good standing.
For more information, please log in to Online Banking and click the "Self-Service" tab or see our FAQ's on Skip-a-Payment.
