Home equity loans: 4.75% APR.* Borrow up to 85% of your home’s value (less any current mortgage or liens) and take up to five years to repay. The offer’s good for new loans or loans refinanced from another lender. There’s never been a better time to replace those drafy windows, install an energy-efficient furnace, or simply consolidate your debts into a tax-advantaged home-equity loan.

For amounts over that, they'll continue to earn the credit union's regular competitive rates.
