You're also eligible if you live in Washington state and you're:

Students enrolled in a program to earn a teaching certificate at a college or university in Washington, approved by the Washington State Board of Education for the award of a teaching certificate, who have completed three academic years of college credit, and who have been enrolled by the college or university in a teacher-internship program are eligible for membership.
